High Temperature and Chemical Resistance
Without the Premium Price
nPower filament is a natural choice when standard polymers (ABS, PC, PETG, PS, PA) cannot match the required performances, but when high-level polymers (PEEK, PEI, PPSU) are too costly.

Case Study aerospace manufacturer Van's Aircraft utilized nPOWER to redesign a Gascolator that eliminated debris and improved performance.
"Gascolators separate water and debris from the fuel before passing the fuel on towards the engine. The previous design exhibited a flow issue that rapidly caused debris to collect only near the outlet causing a drop in fuel pressure and frequent maintenance. Testing a new design would have required us to program, then take one of our production milling machines offline. Thanks to Plural and the 3ntr A2 we were able to quickly obtain high quality, fuel-resistant prototype parts to test flow. Our new design was evenly distributed across the entire filter. Problem solved."
